Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site) – Travel Company in Luxor

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our growing travel company based in Luxor, Egypt. The ideal candidate will support our marketing team in promoting our travel services, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with customers across multiple channels. This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for a passionate and creative individual who wants to develop a solid career in travel marketing.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).

• Manage and update company social media pages with engaging and high-quality content.

• Support in creating promotional materials such as flyers, posts, and basic videos.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing messages with client needs.

• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.

• Help organize travel events, promotions, and partnerships with local hotels and tourism entities.

• Respond to customer inquiries on digital platforms (comments, messages).

• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work on-site in Luxor, full-time.

• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
